Enrollment for 2019-2020 school year has closed.

 

Enrollment for the 2020-2021 school year will open on December 2, 2019 at 8:00 am.

We have a passionate commitment to Montessori education and hope you’ll find our school to be the place where your child can be inspired to a lifelong love of learning and grow into a happy, self-reliant, and productive adult.

Enrollment Process

For more information on our enrollment process for our tuition-based preschool and full-day kindergarten programs, as well as our publicly-funded half-day kindergarten and 1st through 8th year programs:

 

 

Critical Dates for Enrollment 2020-2021 Enrollment

  • December 2, 2019: Enrollment window opens. Submit Intent to Enroll forms, available online

  • January 15, 2020: Notification of enrollment offers begins. Parents have 1 business day to accept the offered spot.

  • February 3, 2020: Notification of enrollment offer or wait list positions for all applications received by 1/15/20

  • October 1, 2020: Enrollment window ends and all wait lists are purged.

 

Detailed Enrollment Timeline & Process

  1. Get to Know Us: School tours and Informational Meetings begin Mid-October; sign-up here.

  2. Classroom observations (after attending a meeting or tour) – Call 303-682-4339 to schedule.

  3. Open enrollment begins – December 2, 2019. Select a button above to enroll. Wait lists begin.

  4. Open enrollment window #1 closes – January 15, 2020. Paperwork received after 4:00 p.m. is filed in the order in which it was received. Wait lists finalized.

  5. Notification of positions begins – January 15, 2020.

  6. Enrollment paperwork – Begins February, 2020 (ongoing). Parents/guardians have 5 business days to submit an enrollment packet. A 10% tuition deposit is due with the paperwork for preschool and full-day kindergarten students.

  7. Ongoing enrollment – February–October 1, 2020.

  8. Second tuition payment due – May 15, 2020.

  9. Enrollment ends and wait lists purged – October 1, 2020.

St. Vrain Community Montessori School (SVCMS) is a public K-8 charter school in the St. Vrain Valley School District. Our tuition-based Preschool and tuition-free Kindergarten, Elementary, and Middle School programs offer an authentic Montessori education in a standards-aligned environment.
